Would you like to be able to put the children to bed then come downstairs
and relax in your own sitting room? Then come to Tollgate Cottages - your
own private bed and breakfast! The accommodation comprises of your own private suite with two bedrooms (one double and one twin), bathroom and shower, sitting room and your own entrance so you can come and go as you please. It is well decorated and is spotlessly clean. We are a family friendly Bed and Breakfast which welcomes everyone including babies! |
The accommodation will sleep up to 4 and is
situated in the heart of the West Wight countryside at the foot of Afton
and Tennyson Downs. There is easy access to coastal and downland footpaths
including the spectacular Tennyson Trail, the Needles and the river walk
to Yarmouth. If you have a horse, DIY livery with turnout can be arranged
in adjacent stables.

Tollgate Cottages with the River Yar and Yarmouth Beyond. Freshwater Bay is 1 mile from the cottage and Compton Bay, selected by 'The Guardian' in July 2003 as the best family beach in Europe, is only 2 miles away. We are close to Yarmouth, with its car ferry port. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, including a pub with good food which is within walking distance. |
